Products may NOT be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault or any kind of mistake.

FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS

We do our absolute best to ensure your orders go out in perfect condition, but mistakes do sometimes happen.

If you receive a faulty or a wrong product in your order, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at info@sirainer.com

In the event we send either a faulty or wrong product the return shipping cost will be fully reimbursed.

Contact us and we will be happy to provide you instructions where to send the product back. In this case the product must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and packaging. The product MUST NOT have been worn, altered or washed.

When we have received the product back you will be notified via email. No responsibility accepted for products being returned until they are handed over our address.

 

WORN ITEMS

 

SIRAINER does not guarantee, after 6 months from the time of purchase, the durability of the products in terms of materials, finishes and its parts including those of metal and their galvanic.

This considering that most products can be exposed to strong stresses in use due to the nature and function of the products themselves, as well as coming into contact with substances that could alter their appearance.

SIRAINER reserves the User full responsibility for the use and care of the products purchased here.
